Littlepage Places Five on Probation
Five persons were placed on probation yesterday in intermediate court on their pleas of Guilty to
charges against them. Woodrow Asbury and Ronald A. Beane of Charleston, jointly Indicted for attempted larceny of the automobile of Noble T. Fisher, received five year probation terms and a $23 fine each.
A five year probation term was also received by Leonard Lawrence charged with the attempted larceny of the automobile of L. W. Grishaber. Creed and Ival McClanahan of Route 4. jointly indicted for assault upon Brownie Asbury, were placed on probation for three years and fined $5 and costs each.
